I received this ring in the mail and was absolutely thrilled with how cute it was. However, after I wore it for a day, I noticed a small strip in the back had turned my finger green. I ignored it, since I figured it probably was just from sizing it. However, the next day when I wore it, the top... -
Great simple ring
I got this for my girlfriend as a small anniversary present. She wears it all the time. So far it has held up very nicely. It has shown a little wear after 6 months.

Really the story is cute, but I found it confusing. Some parts just didn't make sense to me. When you said the zoo I love my brothers they are cool, I was just completely thrown off.

Joan Saner Harder became captivated by a pair of blue eyes and a wink at the age of fifteen. Will was the new boy at the small community high school they attended in Kansas. The quality of his character captured her heart. From the first moment their eyes met, their love grew into an unbreakable bond that would last until the end of time. This writing grew out of the journals she kept during her deepest sorrow of losing him, the greatest love she'd ever known. From the day she found herself alone for the first time in her life, she discovered that writing about their journey together was therapeutic. To Joan, Will was her hero, her dearest friend, and the love of her life. Her desire is to bestow honor to this man, well deserved. He remains highly esteemed by the many lives he touched. This tender profile of a man who lived life to its fullest offers inspiration and guidance to a wide audience.

What are your guilty pleasures?
Believe it or not, tea. Iâam absolutely mad for a good cuppa, as the British say. No milk, no sugar, no honey, nothing like that, just plain tea.
And I’ll drink any variety — Earl Grey, Oolong, weird Chinese Imperial blends — but it’s got to be really hot, and Iâlet it steep just about forever. Iâlike my tea right on the edge of too-bitter-to-drink. I’m like my grandfather that way.
What advice would you now give to your 10-year-old self?
Iâwas kind of a wild thing, growing up. Iâwas very firmly rooted in my beliefs, and Iâdidn’t always stop to think before defending them. I guess Iâwas a little green —âbut aren’t we all, when we’re young?
The one thing that really sticks in my mind, Iâwas maybe a little older than 10, but that’s when people stopped putting the apostrophe in "Hallowe’en." Now, I’m a traditionalist, but even I don’t go around calling it "All Hallows Eve." Still, there was something about the apostrophe that really set "Hallowe’en" apart from other holidays. It looks older, more ornate, more interesting. It intrigues people when they see it. The apostrophe hints at something hidden, something left out, but still there.
David Rea, guitarist, singer, songwriter dies in Portland at 65 ...
Music Millennium’s Terry Currier wrote this morning:
My friend David Rea passed away at age 66. He had an amazing journey in life playing guitar with Gordon Lightfoot, Ian & Sylvia, Joni Mitchell, Ramblin’ Jack Elliott, Judy Collins, Tom Rush, Jesse Winchester and others. He was an amazing guitar player. For a few months, he replaced Richard Thompson in Fairport Convention. He also co-wrote “Mississippi Queen’ for Mountain, a classic song that will live on forever. David made several albums with Mountain as his back-up band as well as my first introduction to his own music “Slewfoot” in 1972 with various Bay Area musicians playing with him including members from the Dead.
A David Rea show was 1/2 story, 1/2 song….and he had plenty of stories. Tom May & I visited him last week in the hospital. Yesterday, just seconds before we got to his room, he passed on. A tip of the hat to a great person and musician. We many a great conversationHe will be missed…....
