Ceramics are a labor intensive art which take time and diligence to complete, starting with pouring the slip into the mold, to hand sanding, creatively painting several coats of glaze, and firing. I grew with a diabetic and I would know exactly how it felt being with her. It wasn't always good and I hoped for the better. So, I wanted to share with as many people my sister's diet - a diabetics diet if I may say and ultimately share why it is important to be healthy and fit. As they say, prevention is better than cure, and based on experience the best way to prevent any sickness (mild or severe) is to always have a healthy diet.
