I have a purple one piece with a gold ring and charms connecting the top. (one piece cause I'm going to a church beach thing) I don't have purple or gold nail polish. Which one should I pick of the colors I do have?
Orange is a HUGE compliment to purple so I would suggest that. And silver is too. I think if you wear the black flip flops with silver straps and orange polish, everything will go together very stylishly without being too matchy-matchy.

Adlington and Friis have been competing since their European junior days and they did not cede an inch to each other in the pool. And it really was coming down to those kind of distances. Adlington dropped more than half a second behind and looked like she might be tiring. It was simply the calm before the storm. Adlington’s last 50m was explosive, finally breaking Friis' resolve.
“I’ve never had a race that tight at a major meet,” she said. “I think when I raced Lotte at the Mare Rostrum meet in Barcelona last year we had a similar race, going head to head the whole way. But never at a major games so that has given me so much confidence. I know now that if I’m out ahead or in a close race I can get the touch.

They want swimming to adopt a structure that has failed Surf Life Saving and the New Zealand Girl Guides.
How are they going to respond to all this bad news? How are they going to sell their bid for power? Of course, they are going to revert to type. They will go on a charm offensive and con the membership of Swimming New Zealand as they have many times before. That’s what these people do. They don’t rule by example and with results. This lot have never won a world class swimming race. They rule with spin. They buy votes with a bottle of Chardonnay. We predicted the meeting of Regional Chairs arranged for the 14th August would be their first effort in public relations spin. And we were wrong....
