Shipping Charges:
Occasionally, we may have products shipped directly from our suppliers. Because of different warehouse locations, we cannot reasonably price real time shipping. Therefore, we have standardized a table of shipping by price, rather than location. We do strive to keep it reasonable and in the event that our calculations are grossly misjudged costs, we will contact you. In the event we overcharged you, we will refund you the difference in our costs and what we charged you. Unless its an amount over $5.00 we will not charge you any additional shipping fees.

Please allow up to 10 days from your order date for your items to arrive. Generally, items are packaged and shipped the next day, however, during peak order times and holidays it may take up to 5 days to process and ship. 2nd Day Air and Rush Shipping are available upon request. Return Policy:
Your personal satisfaction is our goal. In order to maintain this goal, we offer you a full 15 days from the receipt of your merchandise to return it for any reason, no questions asked! Product must be in original condition, not worn or damaged from wear, and in the original packaging/plastic bag it came in. The only exception we make to this policy, is for an obviously mishandled package. In that event, we would ask you to simply refuse delivery, or file a claim with the postal handler. In the subject line please state: Request Return Authorization! Return Shipping will be your responsibility. We do not refund Shipping Charges.
After 15 days, but before 30 days from the receipt of your product, we will authorize returns on a case by case basis. After 30 days, sales are considered final, and will only consider extreme cases for refunds or exchanges. We do strive for 100% satisfaction, and will respond to all reasonable refund or exchange requests.
Because of the personal nature of body jewelry, belly button rings, navel rings are exempted from the above policy. Those sales are final unless the product itself is defective or damaged in shipment.
Occasionally, a product will not be available and if you have attempted to purchase it, we will immediately after contacting you, give you the option of waiting for its availability, a similar product, or a full refund.
You must contact us by email, or by Phone for a Return Authorization and Instructions. No refunds will be given, nor any returns accepted with out prior notification and approval.
We take no responsibility for obvious mishandling or using the product in a manner not intended and causing any damages. Charming Noveltees, KMAC Enterprise, suppliers and its officers or employees are not liable for damages for any unintended or implied use or misuse of this product. We make no claims or make no guarantee that a product will gain any value for resale as a collectors piece, other than the satisfaction of adding to your personal collections.
