Rudolf Stingel
Rudolf Stingel ... 50th International Art Exhibition, Venice Biennale, Italy Forever, curated by Adam McEwen and Neville Wakefield, Andrea Rosen Gallery, New York Mystic ...

Celebrated for his explorations of the process of painting and the “idea” of painting, Rudolf Stingel (b. 1957) combines minimalist, conceptual, and performative practices to create unexpected spaces. They must cook for a group that is staying at the palace for a retreat. It’s the first time Sue has been this far from home, and both women are coming out of a valley season of life where they operated each day in long shadow s of fear. Venice and Verona Make a Great Pair - Romantic Italy | Brilliant Tips ...

The mere fact that Venice sits in the middle of the sea gives it the feeling of being a fantasy island. People that have stayed in Venice apartments would confirm the magic of this city.

Casanova or the Bridge of Sighs (Ponte dei Sospiri) adds to the mystic and romantic reputation of Venice. To this day, Venice is one of the most popular destinations for couples. Casanova is synonymous for the art of seduction and, although the tale about the Bridge of Sighs has a tragic background, it is still very romantic. The Bridge of Sighs earned its name from the history of the people who crossed this bridge on their way to becoming imprisoned. Many stopped briefly to take a last look over the city and, hence, let out a last sigh of freedom. A bit later, a legend developed that says the love of a couple who kisses underneath the bridge at sunset will last forever. As you can imagine, many couples go on a gondola ride underneath this bridge sealing their love with a kiss.
