on vacant land, can a 3-5% per year return be expected,in eat-texas wooded acreage,no on site utilities, or can i expect more. cty. app. says $9800.00 valuation,and its rural but close to lake areas.


You can expect anything you want. In the current market, a three or five percent depreciation is just as likely.
